“Pick up was late (40mins) for balloon ride- but balloon was great. Pick up for day activity was late again ( waited 45mins - so 15 mins late) . Guides didn’t speak English so weren’t sure what we were doing when - had a good day though with activities .Lunch was a bit disappointing & venue was dirty - our guide dropped off at the last activity & left us with the driver.”

“pickup was very late for the longtsil bost then I had to wait a long time in between activities. the boat was nice and relaxing but the wait with no information was annoying. the activities was also advertised as 2.5hoirs long and it was nearly 6 hours in total between the waits. the balloon ride itself was really nice..the pilots are so experienced calm and it's great to see the city..we had to wait for the wind to pick up but they can't be helped the champagne reception was ok but it was quite far away from where the balloon landed and was dark when we got there so it…”

“It was phenomenal! We had to wait due to rain. But once the rain stopped the crew were super speedy to set up five baloons and get everyone in the air. It was so peaceful. I get motion sick easily and was worried. But didn’t feel sick at all. Vang vieng is stunning”
